- Health Rack gives you 3 easy options to place an order. You may do one of the following;

1. Order Online
2. Order by Phone on 0800 085 6211
9:00am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday
9:00am - 3:00pm Saturday Only
3. Order via Post - you may send us a cheque via post to place an order.
If you wish to pay by cheque please mail your payment along with your name, address, phone number and order description to:Health Rack Ltd
Please specify which product(s) you are ordering and where you would like your products to be despatched to. Please be aware that placing your order using a cheque may mean a delay in delivery time as we need to make sure that payment clears to our bank.

- We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 7 days and all products are subject to availability.
Postage and packaging on standard orders is £1.25 (UK mainland only). - Sports supplements in tubs are subject to postage and packaging at £3.25 (UK mainland only).
For orders over £30 (£70 for Sports Supplement tubs) the postage and packing is FREE (UK mainland only).
Postage to areas outside the UK will be calculated on current postal prices and parcel weight and this cost will be added to your order. Delivery times may vary for items sent abroad. - Order Status
- Pending: Your Order has been received by us, we will be processing your order shortly. Normally your order would be processed the same working day.
Processing: We are Currently Processing & Packing your order, if we are out of stock of any item we will notify you at this stage.
Despatched: You Order will be despatched within 24 Hours during weekdays. For Orders placed during the weekend, they will despatch on a monday. You should recieve your order within 7 days, if you have not please contact us. If you have any queries regarding any orders placed, or in the event that you are not happy with any of our products then please telephone 0800 085 6211 where our mail order staff will be happy to discuss the matter with you. Refunds may be given at the discretion of the company management. - Methods of Payment
- Health Rack accepts payments via Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Solo cards. We do not currently accept American Express transactions.
In addition, we also accept orders placed using cheque payment. If you wish to pay by cheque please mail your payment along with your name, address, phone number and order description to:

- Unfortunately, at this time, we are not able to allow you to track an online order.

Lost or Damaged Parcel
- For any lost goods please contact our Customer Service department on 0800 085 6211 (Open 9:00am - 5:30pm) or email us. Please Note: Lost parcels must be reported within 30 days of despatch, we will not be liable for any loss should you fail to do this.
If you find your goods to be damaged in transit, we are willing to offer a refund if the product is returned (within 30 days after the delivery date) to the following address. We will not be liable for any damage if you fail to do this.

Forgotten Username or Password
- If you have forgotten your username or password, simply click "Login/Register" button at the top left of the page and enter your email address and then choose "Send me my Password". We will then email you your username and password.
