After many of years of hard work and effort Nicole Cooke who was previously sponsored by Health Rack, wins her first Olympic Gold Medal in the women’s road race. This fantastic achievement started Great Britain’s fantastic run of Gold medals in cycling.

Nicole who was in the leading group, briefly lost touch going into the final bend but soon caught up and stormed into the lead with only 200m to go. After a monumental effort Nicole crossed the line in the gold medal position to achieve a lifelong dream.
