We are confident in the quality of all our products and it is unlikely you will need to return an item. However should one of our products arrive faulty or damaged then please ring our order line 0800 085 6211 in order to make arrangement to return the item. This must be done within 14 days of delivery.

Please do not return items without prior authorisation and all items must be returned with the delivery note or order number.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
