Description
Senna is obtained from the seed pods of the senna plant. Health Racks tablet contains a full 7.5 mg of Sennosides which is the active ingredient in Senna.

Ingredients
Each tablet on average provides: 37.5mg Senna, providing 7.5mg Sennosides.
Ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Maltodextrin, Senna Extract, Modified Maize Starch, Magnesium Stearate.
Directions
1-2 at night with water as required.
Cautions
Do not exceed two tablets in any 24 hour period.
