After loosing 2 stone doing Weight Watchers plan i went on holiday and gained a bit of excess weight as i had another holiday coming up so i needed a quick fix to get back to where i was so i thought i would give these a go. They definatley Supress your appitite, In my first couple of weeks of using them i barely wanted to eat at all but still tried to have 3 small healthy meals a day as i didnt want to loose weight by starving myself as it wouldnt work in the long term. I lost 3 or 4lb in my fist week but cant seem to loose anymore since. i have 5lb to go to be at my target weight still using the patches combined with the Weight Watchers diet but seem to be at a stand still. i just need to go out now and get some more jeans as the ones i have are getting big just love it going to buy some more patches

I used these 2 years ago and lost 3 stone in 3 months, they really do work, i didnt feel as hungary , I didnt exercise either, I would recommend them to anyone, unfortunately due to immobility at the moment i have gained 1 stone so am using the patches again, I know they will work again for me , in my opinion they are the best !! I bought a supply of pink patches on a whim and in a last ditch attempt to shed some of the weight i put back on after losing 3 stone last year.........they work, dont know how but i dont pig out or snack as much anymore for sure! im the world greatest doubter and have to really be impressed to endorse anything of this nature..........going to stay on them for as long as it takes! there great .....well done Health Rack ! I lost 3 stone last year at slimming world only to put 2 stone back on again! This patch really works, I have been using this patch for 4 months and have lost 2 st. I dont pick when I get home from work like I used to do, the hunger has gone. Its also much cheaper than the Pink patch from the Pink patch company, and is identical !!!!! The best thing about buying from this suplier is they dont take your money every month !!!!!

If it works for me it it will work for anyone.

Great product, helped me lose 1 1/2 stone over a period of 2 months! Ive found they have helped me cut out the snacks between meals and i dont go back for seconds now either lol got another half a stone to go so i will let you all know when ive made it.

After 1 week of using these patches, I''ve lost between 6 and 7lbs. Obviously they haven''t stopped me comfort eating, but because I haven''t been as hungry, I''ve been able to make all round better food choices. Please note, I''ve also been to the gym three times this week.The patches are a bit of a pain to get off, they leave a stick residue behind, just like an old fashioned plaster and scrubbing with soap and water doesn''t remove it.
